I’ve always liked making cocktails, but I was always a bit wary about the alcohol.
In the past, I’ve tried several cocktails with vodka, tequila, rum, gin, and vodka, but none were quite right.
“I was always really hesitant to try any cocktails that are really heavy on the alcohol,” says Sarah Cope, owner of the Allagash Taproom in Ashland, Oregon.
“I always knew it wasn’t going to be great, but the taste was always off.”
So she had to find the perfect cocktails to make with the alcohol she had in the fridge.
She found out she has a couple recipes that have a mix of flavors that she likes.
Cope also found a recipe that she loved.
It involves a simple syrup that is made from fresh apples and dates.
It’s a great way to add a hint of sweetness and flavor to a drink.
“I used to make this cocktail every Saturday at my bar and it’s still a classic,” she says.
“It’s so good, but it’s a little more complicated to make and it takes a little longer to mix.”
Cope has been making this cocktail since she was a child, and it has evolved into a signature dish that she shares with friends.
The ingredients are simple.
The only ingredient you need is a basic syrup, like cider vinegar or honey.
It can be made by mixing all the ingredients together, then pouring into a cocktail glass and letting the syrup mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Cope says she doesn’t use a separate syrup to make it the best possible drink.
Cope and her family have been making it since they moved to Ashland in 2015, and they’re always happy to share it with others.
